Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives, no advance needed.
How long does delivery take?
We ship nationwide. Delivery time depends on your city and the courier. Your delivery charges and options are shown at checkout before you place the order.
How do I know my order is on its way?
Once your parcel ships, you will receive your shipping details. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number at any time.
What if an item arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will sort it out. Please see our refund policy for full details.
How do I choose the right bead size?
As a rule of thumb, 2–4mm suits delicate work and seed details, 6mm suits everyday bracelets and malas, and 8mm or larger makes a statement. Use the size guide above, or ask us on WhatsApp.
Which wire or thread should I use?
Match the stringing to the bead hole. Fine beads need thin nylon line or fine wire, while larger holes take memory wire, elastic cord or thicker thread. Each product page lists its details, and we are happy to advise.
Do colors look exactly like the photos?
We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but screens differ slightly. If an exact shade matters, ask us on WhatsApp for a closer photo.
Do you take bulk and boutique orders?
